Mr. Yu Hai was appointed as executive director and chief executive officer in February 2023 of the group. Mr. Yu is currently the Vice Chairman and General Manager of China Resources Healthcare Limited. He is also the chairman and general manager of China Resources Healthcare (Liaoning) Group Co. , Ltd. .He was once a vice mayor and a member of the party committee of the people's government of Benxi city, Liaoning province. He also worked in science and technology department of Liaoning provincial. With a doctor's degree in pharmaceutical management of Shenyang pharmaceutical university, he officially joined CR in 2019.

Mr. Shan is the Vice President. He is also the Vice General Manager of CR Healthcare. He once served as Deputy General Manager of Phoenix Healthcare Group and worked for Shenyang Northeast General Pharmaceutical Factory, Northeast Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd., China Food and Drug Administration, and the Drug Safety Assessment Center of China Food and Drug Administration. With a master’s degree in Business Administration at Renmin University of China and a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry at Wuhan University, he officially joined CR in 2016.

Mr. Wu was appointed as the Vice President of CR Medial.He is also the Vice General Manager of CR Healthcare.. He once served as chairman of China Resources Wisco Medical Management Co. , Ltd., and director of Technology Management of the WISCO., and Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of modern city service group of WISCO. He also served as deputy secretary-general of China Iron and Steel Industry Association and Independent Director of jinrui New Materials Technology Co. , Ltd. (listed on Shanghai Stock Exchange, stock code: 600390). With a Phd in Wuhan University of Technology, he got the title of senior engineer at Professor Level.

Ms. Yang was appointed as the executive director and Chief Financial Officer of China Resources Medical Holdings Limited. Ms. Yang is also the financial director of CR Healthcare. She once served as general manager , Senior Vice General Manager of the Finance Department and deputy General Manager (chair) of Audit Department of CR Gas, manager of Ernst & Young Shenzhen Branch Office, etc. . Ms. Yang holds a bachelor's degree in management from Northwestern University and a Chinese. She is also a Chinese Certified Public Accountant . She joined CR in 2009.

Mr. ZHANG Bing was appointed as the vice president of the Company on December 23, 2024. He is also currently the vice general manager of CR Healthcare. Mr. ZHANG was successively a surgeon of Sunjiawan Hospital* （孫家灣醫院）, a physician, attending physician, vice president and president of Fuxin Mining Group Pingan Hospital* （阜新礦業集團平安醫院）, the president of 157 Hospital of Liaoning Health Group* （遼健集團一五七醫院）, and the vice president and president of Fuxin Mining General Hospital* （阜新礦總醫院）. Mr. ZHANG holds a master degree in Clinical Medicine with major in Surgery from Liaoning Medical College* （遼寧醫學院）, and holds the title of Chief Physician. 

Mr. Lu Qingrong was appointed as the vice president of the Company on December 23, 2024. He is also currently the vice general manager of CR Healthcare. Before joining the Group, Mr. LU successively worked for BYD Company Limited and ZTE Corporation. He joined Shenzhen China Resources Sanjiu Medical & Pharmaceutical Company Limited* （深圳華潤三九醫藥股份有限公司, which was listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange, stock code: 000999) in July 2002, and successively served as a budget analyst, budget director and the director of financial management department, the general manager of strategic operation department and the general manager of big health business department. Since August 2020, he has been the general manager of strategic operation department (formerly the strategic management department) of CR Healthcare. Mr. LU holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics with major in Accounting from Fudan University, and holds the title of Intermediate Accountant.
