The hospital is a baby-friendly hospital named by the World Children's Fund (UNICEF) and the Ministry of Health. It is a network of international emergency center hospitals designated by the MOH. It has nine departments with key expertise in Tieling, there were 1 provincial (municipal) key clinical specialty construction project, and 5 national GCP certified specialties. It has 2 municipal quality control centers. The hospital was certified by the National Stroke Center and the only national standard heart failure center in the Northwest Liaoning-eastern Mongolia region. It has 37 clinical departments and 9 medical and technical departments. Among them, 13 departments are leading in the professional diagnosis and treatment technology in Tieling and enjoy certain popularity in the province.
