17 experts from General Hospital of Fushun Minning Bureau were appointed as health vice principals of primary and secondary schools in Xin'fu District

Recently, General Hospital of Fushun Minning Bureau and the Xinfu District Education Bureau jointly held an appointment ceremony for health vice principals of primary and secondary schools across the district. The hospital released a special service list to fully provide exclusive, high-quality medical and health services for the Xinfu District education system. 

An authoritative medical team consisting of 17 hospital-level leaders and core department directors and experts from General Hospital of Fushun Minning Bureau had been appointed as health vice principals for various primary and secondary schools. It implemented a "one doctor leading one school" mechanism to achieve full coverage of all primary and secondary schools in the jurisdiction. 

General Hospital of Fushun Minning Bureau released a list of ten special service items, which Focused on teachers and students' essential needs, campus risks, and mental health. The hospital launched four exclusive guarantees, which are a 24-hour health hotline, a children's emergency hotline, a convenient medical channel for teachers, and a green channel for mental health crisis intervention. It also will conduct emergency training on AED use, CPR, and the Heimlich maneuver regularly, and carry out stratified and classified health science popularization and education. Specifically, for students' sudden injuries or acute conditions on campus, the hospital has opened a campus emergency response hotline. Medical staff provide real-time online guidance for scientific handling, while simultaneously connecting with the hospital's emergency department and relevant departments at the first moment. This achieves "expert arrival upon the phone ringing and direct access via the green channel". It will ensure the fastest response and shortest travel distance for treatment to maximize the protection of students' lives.
