General Hospital of Mining Industry Group Fuxin had built a green channel for chest pain with 33 township medical alliance hospitals. It  enhanced the first diagnosis capability at the level through standardized training, and innovated the cloud-end linkage double bypass surgery model. It created a collaborative mechanism of information transmitted in seconds, team responded in, and catheterization laboratory started first to break the geographical barriers and guarding the hope of patients in Fuxin and surrounding areas.
