Tie Fa Coal Group General Hospital Participate in the Topic of the National Key R&D Program during the 14th Five-Year Plan

On April 16, Tie Fa Coal Group General Hospital, as a sub-center, launched the "14th Five-Year Plan" National Key Research Development Program project, which takes a solid step in the field of stroke prevention.

The research and application project of "Intelligent Management System for Secondary Prevention of Cerebrovascular Diseases Based on Digital Medical Care" is one of the  important projects of the National Key R&D Program of the "14th Five-Year Plan". It initiated by Beijing Tiantan Hospital,Capital Medical University. The system will construct a-link cerebrovascular disease management system of "prediction-intervention-quality control" through the deep integration of digital technology and medical health, and provide a full-cycle and health management service for patients with cerebral infarction, and help to reduce the recurrence rate and disability rate of cerebral infarction.

Tie Fa Coal Group General Hospital, as a sub-center, will cooperate with the Neurology Center of Beijing Tiantan Hospital to jointly the research and practice of the project. The hospital will take this project as an opportunity to further improve the comprehensive level of stroke prevention, diagnosis and treatment, and provide more high- and convenient medical services for stroke patients in the northern part of Liaoning Province.
